The coronavirus outbreak, which was first identified in Wuhan, China and declared a pandemic by World Health Organization on March 11, is continuing to claim the lives of thousands of people across the world.
However, the countries began to ease measures against the coronavirus pandemic, which has been severely affecting the world economy.
The United States, the current epicenter of the pandemic, has the highest number of confirmed cases of coronavirus with 6,211,796 cases, followed by Brazil with 3,910,901 cases, India with 3,694,878 cases, Russia with 995,319 cases, Peru with 652,037 cases, South Africa with 627,041 cases, Colombia with 615,168 cases and Mexico with 599,560 cases.
A total of 17,943,674 people suffering from coronavirus have so far recovered and been discharged from hospital worldwide. (ILKHA)
