“The US official arrived at the appointed time to arrive and went directly from the plane to meet the Prime Minister at the cabinet’s headquarters, in the Administrative Capital, Khartoum,” Sudanese Prime Minister office said.
Sudanese Prime Minister Abdallah Hamdok has told US Secretary of State Mike Pompeo the transitional government has no mandate to normalize ties with Israel, said spokesman Faisal Salih in a statement.
He added that the Hamdok wanted normalization with Israel be separated from the US decision Sudan’s removal from the state sponsor of terrorism list separated.
