The coronavirus outbreak, which was first identified in Wuhan, China and declared a pandemic by World Health Organization on March 11, is continuing to claim the lives of thousands of people across the world.
However, the countries began to ease measures against the coronavirus pandemic, which has been severely affecting the world economy.
The United States, the current epicenter of the pandemic, has the highest number of confirmed cases of coronavirus with, 3,898,550, followed by Brazil with 2,099,896 cases, India with 1,118,107 cases, Russia with 771,546 cases, South Africa with 364,328 cases, Peru with 353,590 cases, Mexico with 344,224 cases, Chile with 330,930, Spain with 307,335 cases, the United Kingdom with 294,792 cases, Iran with 273,788 cases, Pakistan with 265,083 cases and Saudi Arabia with 250,920 cases.
A total of 8,737,851 people suffering from coronavirus have so far recovered and been discharged from hospital worldwide. (ILKHA)
