Armenian forces again attempt to attack Azerbaijani positions

The Armenian armed forces again attempted to attack Azerbaijani positions on the site of the Tovuz region of the Azerbaijan-Armenia state border on Thursday morning.

According to Azerbaijan's Defense Ministry, the villages of Agdam, Dondar Gushchu and Vahidli of the Tovuz region were fired from large-caliber weapons and mortars.

"There are no casualties among the civilian population. Currently, there are fights in this direction. Our units control the operational situation," the Ministry said.

At least 11 Azerbaijani and 2 Armenian soldiers, as well as an Azerbaijani civilian, have so far been killed in the clashes starting Sunday on the border between the two countries. (ILKHA)
