Erdoğan noted that all means were used to support production and employment, and said: “We have no doubt that we will make a greater leap forward in July. We will close the year 2020, which is seen as a loss in the entire world, particularly in Europe, with an astonishing growth rate.”
“Turkey is successfully managing the pandemic and is being followed with admiration. However, certain countries, Europe in particular, are following restrictive policies against Turkey due to political reasons. Just like we have overcome all obstacles raised before our country so far, we will overcome these, too,” Erdoğan said.
Highlighting that the initial data of June look promising, Erdoğan said: “We have no doubt that we will make a greater leap forward in July. We will close the year 2020, which is seen as a loss in the entire world, particularly in Europe, with an astonishing growth rate.”
“Turkey will not leave the Libyan people to the mercy of putschists”
“We support the legitimate Libyan government’s efforts for the country’s unity, integrity and future. We are following with concern that some countries, who keep preaching democracy, human rights and the rule of law, are backing the putschists. Turkey will not leave the Libyan people to the mercy of putschists, and will continue to act within internationally legitimate boundaries. Those, who turned a deaf ear to their own citizens’ cries during the pandemic, do not have the right to question Turkey’s stance on human rights and law. As the world nears the end of the first quarter of the 21st century, it is their own shame that some still have not been able to get rid of their colonialist reflexes. With the inspiration we draw from our history and civilization, we will determinedly continue to do what is right for ourselves and for our friends,” Erdoğan said. (ILKHA)
