According to the country’s health ministry, of the new 75 cases confirmed on late Friday, 36 were in the southern West Bank Hebron district, the new epicenter of the disease in Palestine, 32 in occupied East Jerusalem and seven in the Nablus district in the north of the West Bank.
11 patients in Hebron, Bethlehem and Nablus are in critical condition, two of them are mechanically ventilated.
Palestine has so far reported 1170 coronavirus cases, with 5 deaths and 620 recoveries. (ILKHA)
