Head of Hamas’s political bureau Ismail Haneyya made his remarks during his participation in the International Meeting of the Muslim Nation Scholars for the Support of Jerusalem and al-Aqsa Mosque, which was held online on Saturday.

The Hamas leader also called for necessarily delegating a galaxy of scholars to work on ending the sectarian and ethnic strife in the region and restoring the unity of the ummah (nation) in order to confront the Zio-American plots that target the Palestinian cause and the entire Arab region.

“The issue of Jerusalem and Palestine is a unifying cause for the ummah, its scholars, peoples, intellectuals and politicians,” he said.

He warned of an imminent danger threatening Jerusalem and Palestine and stressed the need to find a strategy swiftly to confront this danger. (ILKHA)
