10 police officers killed in Afghanistan

10 Afghan police officer were killed when Taliban members attacked a check point in Pasaband distric of Ghor province, the local official announced on Saturday.

According to a local police chief in western Ghor, Taliban attacked a police checkpoint late Friday night and killed ten police officers.

One policeman was wounded and another one was still missing after the attack in the remote village in the Pasaband district. (ILKHA)
