1,806 new cases were confirmed with coronavirus, taking the number of confirmed cases to 120,198 in the country, according to Kianoush Jahanpour.
2,705 patients are in critical condition and of those suffering from the disease, 94,464 patients have gained recovery.
So far, 686,935 tests have been taken across the country to detect infected cases.
According to Worldometer, which is a reference website that provides counters and real-time statistics for diverse topics, the global death toll from coronavirus has surpassed 313,797 with 4,750,114 cases and more than 1,830,139 recoveries. (ILKHA)
