68 coronavirus patients lost their lives in the past 24 hours, bringing the total death toll to 6,486 in the country.
1,485 new cases were confirmed with coronavirus, taking the number of confirmed cases to 103,130 in the country, according to Kianoush Jahanpour.
2,728 patients are in critical condition and of those suffering from the disease, 82,744 have gained recovery.
So far, 544,702 tests have been taken across the country to detect infected cases.
According to the Johns Hopkins University, the global death toll from coronavirus has surpassed 265,657 with 3,843,153 cases and more than 1,314,414 recoveries. (ILKHA)
