Coronavirus in Turkey: 95 people die in the past 24 hours

95 people have died from coronavirus pandemic in the last 24 hours in Turkey, rising the country’s death toll from the virus to 2,900, said Fahrettin Koca, Turkish Health Minister, on his Twitter account on Monday.

Turkey has so far reported 112,261 confirmed coronavirus cases, an increase of 2,131 cases in the last 24 hours.

1,736 patients are being treated in intensive care unit. Of those, 882 people are mechanically ventilated patients.

33,791 patients have fully recovered from the infection and been discharged from hospital.

A total of 918,885 tests for coronavirus have so far been conducted in the country. (ILKHA)
