Heavy clashes in Ras'al Ayn city center between the fractions in SNA

A clash erupted between Syrian National Army-affiliated Al-Sarkiyya and Al-Mutasim groups in Ras’al Ayn district of northern Syria late Monday.

Gunshots were heard in the Ceylanpınar district of Şanlıurfa province in Turkey southeastern.

According to local reports, many bullets ricocheting off the battlefield hit houses in the district.

The District Governorship of Ceylanpınar urged people not leave their house due to the clashes in Ras'al Ayn.No casualty has been reported so far.

The town was captured by the Turkish army and allied Syrian National Army in October 2019 during the Second Battle of Ras al-Ayn of the Operation Peace Spring. (ILKHA)
