Turkey: Death toll from coronavirus rises to 1,769
In Turkey, 126 more people who tested positive for coronavirus have lost their lives in the past 24 hours, bringing the country’s death toll from the virus to 1,769, Fahrettin Koca, Turkish Health Minister, said during a press conference on Friday.

Turkey has so far reported 78,546 confirmed coronavirus cases, an increase of 4,053 in the last 24 hours.
As 1,845 patients are being treated in intensive care unit, of those, 1,014 people are mechanically ventilated patients.
8,631 patients have fully recovered from the infection and have been discharged from hospital. (ILKHA)
