Turkey's budget balance sees a deficit of 43.7 billion Turkish liras in March

Central government budget balance posted 43.7 Turkish liras deficit in the last March, the county’s Treasury and Finance Ministry announced in a statement on Wednesday.

“In March 2020, central government budget expenses were TL 91.2 billion and budget revenues were TL 47.4 billion and the budget deficit realized as 43.7 billion TL,” the statement said.

“In addition, non-interest budget expenses were 79.8 billion TL and non-interest deficit realized as 32.4 billion TL,” it added. (ILKHA)
