The U.S. has the highest number of confirmed coronavirus cases with 432,438 cases, followed by Spain with 152,446 cases, Italy with 139,422 cases, Germany with 113,296 cases, France with 83,080 cases, China with 81,883 cases, Iran with 66,220 cases and the United Kingdom with 60,733 cases. (ILKHA)
