The U.S. has the highest number of confirmed coronavirus cases with 367,367 cases, followed by Spain with 136,675 cases, Italy with 132,547 cases, Germany with 103,375 cases, France with 98,010 cases, China with 81,739 cases, Iran with 60,500 cases and the United Kingdom with 51,608 cases.
