According to the Dutch National Institute for Public Health and the Environment, 93 people have died from coronavirus pandemic in the Netherlands in the past 24 hours, bringing the total number of deaths to 864.

11,750 people were tested positive for the virus. Of those, 3,990 people were admitted to hospital.

“As has been reported over the past few days, the number of reported hospital admissions and the number of deceased COVID-19 patients reported in the Netherlands appear to be increasing less rapidly than would be expected without measures in place. It will become apparent this week whether the curve is in fact flattening out,” said the Dutch National Institute for Public Health and the Environment. (ILKHA)
