After the U.K. Prime Minister Boris Johnson has tested positive for coronavirus, the Health Minister of the country, Matt Hancock, has also announced that he has the coronavirus virus.
“Following medical advice, I was advised to test for coronavirus. I‘ve tested positive. Thankfully my symptoms are mild and I’m working from home & self-isolating,” Hancock tweeted on Friday.
Meanwhile, Labor MP Angela Rayner, the Shadow Secretary of State for Education confirmed she had been suffering symptoms and was self-isolating following medical advice.
The death toll has risen from 475 to 578, with 11,658 confirmed cases, according to the country’s health officials. (ILKHA)
