A high-level delegation from the Hamas Movement led by Haneyya met on Monday with Russian foreign minister Sergey Lavrov in Moscow and his deputy Mikhail Bogdanov.
Haneyya stated that the first option is to hold general election for the presidency and the legislative council, and later for the Palestinian National Council.
The second option, he said, is to convene the Palestinian National Council outside Ramallah in order to enable all factions to attend it and the third option is to hold a meeting for the heads of the factions in Cairo.
The fourth option is to form a national unity government able to run the Palestinian affairs at the current stage, the Hamas official added. (ILKHA)
