House sales with mortgage had a 37.2% share of all house sales in Turkey. İstanbul has the highest mortgage house sales in Turkey with 7 615 sales and with the share of 18.0%. The least other house sales was realized in Ardahan and Hakkari with 2 house sales.
Ownership of 71 378 houses changed by other sales
Other house sales in Turkey became 71 378 by increasing 7.5% compared to the same month of the previous year. In the other sales, İstanbul was the first province with 13 636 sales and 19.1% share. In house sales to foreigners became 3 907 by increasing 23.3% compared to the same month of the previous year. İstanbul was the first province with 1 875 sales in January 2020. The followers of İstanbul were Antalya with 762 house sales, Ankara with 235 house sales, Bursa with 163 house sales and Yalova with 128 house sales.
Most house sales were made to Iraqi citizens according to country nationalities
