All the victims of stabbing attack were taken to the Royal London hospital in Whitechapel.
"A suspect wearing a hoax explosives device was shot by police and died at the scene," the UK's most senior counter terrorism officer Neil Basu said.
"I want to thank the emergency services and members of the public for their immense bravery in responding to this suspected terrorist attack at London Bridge. This is an appalling incident and all my thoughts are with the victims and their families," Prime Minister Boris Johnson said in a statement.
The London Bridge was struck by an attack in June 2017 that claimed the lives of eight people when three militants drove a van into pedestrians and attacked others with knives on the bridge and in neighboring pubs and restaurants. (ILKHA)
