In a press release on Friday evening, Barhoum called on the Palestinian Authority to take "firm, national and responsible" steps to protect Palestinian civilians against zionist settlers' violence and end all forms of collaboration with the zionist occupation.

Barhoum’s statements came after gangs of zionist settlers set Palestinian-owned vehicles on fire and painted racist and anti-Palestinian graffiti on walls of Palestinian houses in the occupied West Bank cities of in Nablus and Salfit.

The Hamas spokesperson urged West Bank’s residents to repulse all forms of zionists' aggression and put an end to such attacks. (ILKHA)
