"Criminal investigations have been launched into HDP provincial and district administrators who allegedly tricked and kidnapped children to be recruited by the PKK terrorist organization," the prosecutor office said in a statement.
As is known, the sit-ins protest of families, whose children were kidnapped by the PKK terrorist organization, in front of the HDP Diyarbakır Provincial Building, began with Hacire Akar and continued with the participation of 17 more families.
In this process, the families were heavily supported by the public in the country, as well as various harassment and threats started to be made by the members of the organization and the supporters of the organization.
The prosecutor office stated that the police departments were instructed to take measures to protect all the families, and criminal investigations were initiated against the HDP provincial and district administrators who were alleged to have deceived children into joining the PKK terrorist organization.
