HUDA PAR headquarters was in response to the agreement between Turkey and the United States to establish a "safe zone" in the north of Syria in its agenda assessment.

The assessment warned that this new state of affairs under U.S. control would make the U.S. presence in the region permanent, rather than the security of the people of the region.

The foreign agenda assessment by HUDA PAR also addressed the issue of Jammu Kashmir, the efforts of the zionist occupation gangs to change the status of Masjid Al-Aqsa and the "safe zone" negotiations between the United States and Turkey.

Human rights violations in Kashmir

HUDA PAR addressed the historical background to the problems in the region in the agenda assessment in which important views on the Kashmir issue were expressed.

In 1947, the Kashmiri people, 90 percent of whose population is Muslim, took a stand in favor of joining Pakistan, but the Kashmiri Prince decided to unite with India despite the opposition of the people.

With Article 370 of the Constitution of India, Jammu Kashmir region gained a free autonomous structure in regulating its own laws other than foreign relations, finance, and communication.

However, India revoked special status on 5 August, by rescinding Article 370, which granted privilege to Kashmir and annexed it in a kind of defiance of people's will the form of unification with Pakistan.

The purpose of the arrangement, which was brought in with the abolition of special status and would give those who do not live in Kashmir the right to acquire property in Kashmir, is to change the demographic structure in the region and permanently incorporate the region into India.

The Government of India, which has carried out its inhumane practices such as detention, torture, killing and rape of civilians in Kashmir region, has taken these practices further by revoking special status and has started mass detention of protesters by restricting their communication rights.

HUDA PAR called on international organizations to ensure that the Kashmir issue does not cause new genocides.

"This problem must be intervened before turning the whole area into a fireball. All international organizations and Islamic countries, especially the Organization of Islamic Cooperation, must take action.

The Jammu Kashmir issue, which has caused a war between India and Pakistan, must be resolved peacefully without causing new genocides and wars, guaranteeing the right of the people to determine their own future in accordance with the decisions taken by the United Nations before."

The status of Masjid Al-Aqsa is intended to be changed

Minister of Public Security of the occupation regime said the status of Masjid Al-Aqsa should be changed in order for jews to worship there.

Masjid Al-Aqsa is under the auspices of the administration of the Islamic Foundations of Jerusalem according to the peace agreement signed between the occupation regime and Jordan on October 26, 1994.

Jews visiting Masjid Aqsa under the permission of the Jerusalem Islamic foundations administration until 2003, began to storm the Masjid accompanied by police.

The storm of zionist against Masjid-i Aqsa and illegal excavations carried out under Masjid Aqsa are the first steps towards changing the status of the Masjid Aqsa and the legalization of the occupation is aimed.

After steps of normalization with some regional countries led by Saudi Arabia, the occupation regime increased its attacks and accelerated the construction of settlements for the occupying zionists in the territories it occupied step by step.

Pointing out that the recognition of the existence of the occupation regime by some Islamic countries threatened the future of the Palestinian people, HUDA PAR called on Islamic countries to stand with Masjid Al-Aqsa.

"The reason why no one dared to attempt to change the status of Masjid Al-Aqsa, the first Qiblah of Muslims, is the unresponsiveness to zionist attacks and normalization through these steps of occupation.

It should also be noted that the announcement that the status of Masjid Al-Aqsa will be changed is also aimed at measuring the reaction of Muslim public opinion and authorities.

Verbal and written condemnation of these audacious steps further discourages the occupation regime. For this reason, it has become an urgent need for Islamic countries to cut all ties with the zionist regime and at least to take together steps to deter zionism for their first Qiblah, Masjid Al-Aqsa."

Safe zone talks

U.S. and Turkey agree on safe zone planned for northern Syria. It is understood that they were not offended by this agreement in statements made by the PYD.

PYD officials had previously stated that the United States was negotiating with Turkey on their behalf. The United States, which has turned Syria into a military base since the beginning of the civil war, has always taken steps to undermine political settlement negotiations.

The U.S. has never had any other agenda other than its interests and the security of the zionist occupation regime.

"It is obvious that this agreement reached under the umbrella of the United States will not be in the interest of Turkey, Syria, or other countries of the region, nor of Kurds, Turks, Arabs, or other peoples of the region," HUDA PAR warned.

This new situation under the control of the United States, rather than the peace of the region and the security of the people of the region, will make the presence of the United States permanent in the region and threaten the security of the whole region.

The steps of the United States and Russia to sacrifice the Syrian people and territory to their own political and military interests should not be considered and supported by small accounts of interest.

It has become necessary for the countries of the region to take more initiative to resolve the Syrian crisis and to secure a permanent ceasefire in the process and for all Syrians who have to flee the country to return safely to Syria.

The solution is to enact a new and civil constitution in which all the rights of Kurds, Arabs, Turkmen and other peoples living in Syria are guaranteed on the basis of justice. In this case, not only certain regions but also the whole of Syria could become a safe place. (ILKHA)
