Trump and Sisi wanted the Muslim Brotherhood to be declared an international terrorist organization.

The Trump administration is preparing to declare the Muslim Brotherhood [Ikhwan AI-Muslimeen], one of Egypt's oldest Islamic movements, a "foreign terrorist organization".

"The President has consulted with his national security team and leaders in the region who share his concern, and this designation is working its way through the internal process," White House Press Secretary Sarah Sanders said in a statement.

The confirmation of the White House to designate the Muslim Brotherhood as a terrorist organization came after Donald Trump was personally lobbied by Egypt’s coupist so-called-president, Sisi.

The Muslim Brotherhood has been declared a terrorist organization in Egypt while it is them were killed by the coupist junta Egyptian regime.

The coupist Sisi ousted Egypt's first elected President Mohammed Morsi in 2013, begun pressure and persecution policies against Muslims in the country.

The decision has caused a rift between White House officials and Pentagon staff, according to the US media.

Though US National Security Adviser John Bolton and Secretary of State Mike Pompeo both purportedly support the move, career national security staff, government lawyers and diplomatic officials have raised legal and policy objections. (ILKHA)
