Speaking at the Gulf Cooperation Council Summit, Saudi Foreign Minister Adel al-Jubeir said the Saudi will not extradite its citizens, whom Turkish court issued an arrest warrant over the murdering of Jamal Khashoggi.

A Turkish court on Wednesday issued arrest warrants for former Saudi intelligence chief Ahmad al-Assiri and former adviser to the royal court Saud al-Qahtani, at the request of Istanbul's chief prosecutor over the Khashoggi murder for "deliberate killing by designing, monstrous, and torturing," crime.

A total of 21 people are being tried in Saudi Arabia for murdering journalist Jamal Khashoggi, including 5 individuals requested to be executed.

On the other hand, the United Nations wants an international investigation over Jamal Khashoggi, who was murdered on October 2 in Saudi Arabia Consul Building in Istanbul. (ILKHA)
