Qatar Energy Minister Saad Al Kaabi has announced that they will withdraw from the Organization of Petroleum Exporting Countries (OPEC) since January 2019.
Oil prices increased by 5 percent after the announcement. A barrel of Brent oil is traded at $ 62.30. (ILKHA)
