Speaking in a ceremony, Venezuelan President Nicolas Maduro was attacked with a bomb-packed UAV, it was reported that Maduro was not injured.
According to the information, Maduro was attacked with a bomb-loaded unmanned aerial vehicle while speaking at a ceremony in the capital Caracas. Seven soldiers were wounded in the attack.
"This was an attempt to kill me. They organized an assassination attempt today," said Maduro, speaking to the nation after the attack.
Indicating that the evidence so far shows that extreme right-wingers carried out the attack, Maduro accused Colombia and the US that the attackers were linked to Bogota and Miami. (ILKHA)
