"We to buy sacrificial animals which cannot be sold"

Speaking at Adıyaman, Food, Agriculture, and Livestock Minister Ahmet Eşref Fakıbaba said that animals that cannot be sold at the Feast of Sacrifice will be bought by the Meat and Milk Institute.

“I do not say the price of meat ‘will be this much or that much’ since the day I have appointed. But our goal is to build a system where everybody can eat meat and the producers also be happy. I will believe that we will build a system from all of our friends. Our studies are in extremity. I believe that Eid al-Adha will pass easily. I explain from now that we will take these sacrificial animals in their values as Meat and Milk Institute if there are animals that are not sold.” (ILKHA)
