The crowd gathered in front of the Gulistan Street Human Rights Monument, often shouting slogans such as “Go hell Israel”, “Long live al-Quds, long live al-Aqsa”, and “Do not sleep Muslim, protect your honor!”
In the square also the posters hanging on as “the massacres will not end if Muslims not unity”, “the case of Masjid al-Aqsa is the main case of Muslims", “Let me see the ruin of Israel, I spit on the face of those who call you as country” and “God's curse on Israel”.
Mullah Osman Teyfur, a member of the Union of Scholars and Madrasah, who made a brief speech in Kurdish before the press statement, said that the Jerusalem case is the case of all Muslims.
“Jerusalem and Masjid al-Aqsa are the honor and merit of Muslims. Muslims should not speak of their own honor if they do not protect the honor of them. Jerusalem and Masjid al-Aqsa are the heritage from the Prophet. If Muslim do not protect these heritages then they will be devoid of them. Jerusalem and Masjid al-Aqsa have belonged to all Muslims, and if they are persecuted to Jerusalem and Masjid al-Aqsa they are like to all Muslims.”
After speaking Kurdish, Nurettin Teymur, Vice President of the Mustazafs Association Batman Branch read the press release.
“Masjid al-Aqsa is important for all Muslims”
Teymur said that they strongly condemned the Israeli zionist terror gang who has prevented the Muslims from praying in the Masjid al-Aqsa and murdered the Muslims in front of the Masjid al-Aqsa. “We call the Muslims to claim the Masjid al-Aqsa, the first Qibla. We invite all Muslims to react. We all know that the zionist gang is trying to judaize Jerusalem, which it is clear that they are digging giant tunnels under the Masjid al-Aqsa.”
Emphasizing that Masjid al-Aqsa and Jerusalem have a great proposition in the life of Muslims, and everyone should know until the end of the struggle for the liberation of Jerusalem and Masjid al-Aqsa as Muslims. “We will pray one day in Masjid al-Aqsa. Even if we cannot react to those days, we will raise our children for that. We will grow our children with the Masjid al-Aqsa. Masjid al-Aqsa is not important only for those who live there but for all Muslims.”

Reminding that the surroundings of Masjid al-Aqsa are declared as sacred by Almighty Allah, Teymur continued his explanations as follows: “Masjid al-Aqsa has a special place in Islam. Masjid al-Aqsa is polluted under Jewish boots. Muslims young massacre brutally in the yard of Masjid al-Aqsa. Muslims are preventing from praying in this masjid. If Muslims remain unresponsive, and if they do not raise their voices against this rogue state, tomorrow even the danger of demolition of the Masjid al-Aqsa by the hands of the zionist gangsters may happen.
