Baghdad Government, gave the arrest warrant for former governor of Mosul and Noniva Guard Commander Esil Nuceyfi.
It is reported that arrest warrant gave on the grounds that Nuceyfi ‘had contact with a foreign country’ paved the way for Turkish military forces to enter Mosul and set up a base in Zelikan, Duhok.
As it can be remembered, former governor of Mosul Nuceyfi has invited Turkish military forces to train local forces in Bahiqa (ILKHA)
