While those Kemalist segment was on trial because of Ergenekon, Balyoz cases and sentenced to heavy punishment then released within a new rehearing, the plots FETO/PDY on Islamic segments perseveringly are ignoring.

Another plot case has initiated as if with the PKK cooperation against Dicle University Scholar Youth Club in 2013 which passed through the hands of those judges who suspended from duty in alleged of terror after the 15 July coup attempt.

Students those are members of Scholar Youth Club have been attacked by PKK members with the provocation of some BDP deputies because of arranging Holy Birth Activity in Dicle University on the April of 2013. Some its members are seriously injured Scholar Youth Club has been victimized with the plots of FETO/PDY after the attack of PKK. Some of those students who came under attacked Cihan Turan, Şaban Aslan, Sadık Çetinkaya, Eşref Taş and Mehmet Şah Yılmaz are sentenced in the case which was a plot’s product because they wanted to organize Holy Birth Activity with legal permission.

Chief Judge who signed for the punishments Ali Girgin (40141) has been arrested because of being a member FETO/PDY, member of the court Abdullah Karamete has been suspended from duty. Many police officers who operated on those students have been suspended from duty but the victimization of these students still continue.

Given punishments are against the law

HUR DER President Adv. Şaban Dalgın stated that the punishments given to the Scholar Youth Club members are based on no evidence, he drew attention that despite of dissenting opinion pointed by one of the court member that there is no criminal element in the incidence place, the punishment has been given by the votes of chairmen and majority of other members.  The court order has revealed that it is questionable after 2 of 3 judges who were member of the court and took decision are suspended from duty in alleged of being terrorist from FETO/PDY after the 15 July.

PKK members attacked and police watched

The plot against Scholar Youth Club started with the attacks of PKK. Members of the club continued their effort for the Holy Birth organization on April 2013 with the permission they took from the rectorship, they had prevented growth of events acting in common sense even they had been attacked many times in the campus.

Lastly, as it is seen in CCTVs, members of Scholar Youth Club have been attacked by PKK members while they were hanging Holy Birth Program banners in the buttery of Architecture Faculty. In the scenes reflected to CCTVs, members of club defending themselves and leave that place in order to prevent events. But in the university which tension was still continuing, it drew attention that there were no police from the Diyarbakir police department but a TOMA and vehicles from Batman police departments were in the campus.

Then PKK members (500-800 according to the police source) attacks on and try lynch attempt on Scholar Youth Club members which they approximately are 30 people. Club members defending themselves and repels the attack while they see the PKK members attacking to kill. It is pointed that someone wanted those incidents get bigger and expecting some kill to happen when think the police has come to the incident place 2 hours later after to club members has repelled the attacks.

How the Batman Police Department knew events early on before they happen?

An attorney of victims, Abdulgani Orhan pointed on the game playing in that period, those expressions he used:

Batman Police Department was acting like they knew early on before the events start. There were an atmosphere that a fighting will happen, a bevy will defeat a small group and there will be a walk till to the center of city, there will be attacks on religious people. The strange thing is while the Police Department of Batman was waiting in the campus, polices from Diyarbakır Police Department was waiting in the city like there will be an attack on the religious people as if they were expecting the events get out of campus.

Students who broke the game were convicted with the plots of FETO/PDY

After it revealed that the game was prepared by FETO/PDY-PKK after 15 July, elements of FETO/PDY acted on Scholar Youth Club members, took them to the court with the “acting on behalf of illegal organization” excuse. But there were no evidence that will support to their excuse in the process of the court but then ‘organizing Holy Birth’ which it was with the permit of rectorship, and hanging banners have showed as crimes.

Prosecutor asked release but the judge sentenced

Orhan remarked that the despite asking release by prosecutor, the judge sentenced his clientele were sentenced.

Students expecting justice who are victims of plots

Victim students remarked that it revealed as a plot they experienced made by FETO/PDY after the process of 15 July. They are expecting that the order has been done about them to be removed from those judges which they are on trial because of being a terror organization member. They also request about those police officers who are suspended from duty to take in court with those judges. (ILKHA)
