The companies named include Inter-Coastal Electronics, System Studies & Simulation, IronMountain Solutions, Applied Technologies Group, Axient, Anduril Industries, and Maritime Tactical Systems.

Under the new restrictions, these companies are barred from engaging in import and export activities with China, making new investments within Chinese territory, and senior managers of these firms are prohibited from entering China. Additionally, any existing work, stay, or residence permits for these executives will be revoked.

The measures went into effect immediately upon announcement and are subject to the regulations associated with the "Unreliable Entity List". The Ministry clarified that any issues not explicitly addressed in this announcement will be handled according to the existing provisions of the list.

This move underscores China's ongoing commitment to safeguarding its national interests and sovereignty, following a similar action on January 2 when export controls were imposed on 28 U.S. entities. (ILKHA)
