Gaza death toll rises to 44,235 as Israeli aggression continues

The ministry reported 24 fatalities in the past 24 hours, bringing the death toll to its current figure. Additionally, 104,638 individuals have been injured during the war, according to official statistics.

The Israeli genocide began over 13 months ago following a large-scale Operation Al Aqsa Flood by Hamas militants on Israel. Since then, the fighting has escalated into one of the deadliest and most prolonged confrontations in the region.
