Local sources reported that the victims, identified as Mohammad Rabi' Jamal Hamarsheh, 16, and Ahmad Mahmoud Zaid, 20, were fatally shot during clashes near the town's eastern entrance.

Eyewitnesses and medical sources confirmed that Israeli soldiers fired live ammunition intensively and at close range, targeting Hamarsheh and Zaid. Both victims sustained multiple gunshot wounds, predominantly in the upper parts of their bodies.

Reports further indicated that Israeli forces delayed access to ambulances, preventing immediate medical aid for the injured until their deaths were confirmed. The bodies of Hamarsheh and Zaid were later transported to the Ya’bad Emergency Center.

The incident underscores the ongoing tensions in the occupied West Bank, where frequent confrontations between Israeli forces and Palestinian residents have resulted in casualties. Local communities have condemned the use of excessive force and the obstruction of medical aid, calling for international intervention. (ILKHA)
