In Sumy Oblast, Russian forces targeted residential areas overnight with two Iskander-M ballistic missiles and a Kh-59 guided missile. The attacks left 11 dead, including two children, and injured 84 people, among them 11 children, according to the regional military administration. 

The Ukrainian Air Force reported intercepting eight of the 11 drones launched by Russia overnight. Despite this, several strikes caused severe damage and casualties. 

In the Nikopol district, artillery and drone strikes claimed the lives of a 58-year-old man and a 62-year-old woman. Six others, including three women aged 67, 72, and 57, and two men aged 40 and 32, were injured. Infrastructure, including a high-rise building, a transport facility, and a medical center, was damaged. 

Separately, in the Synelnykove district, a 45-year-old man suffered shrapnel wounds and was hospitalized. 

Russian attacks injured one person in the town of Siversk, according to Governor Vadym Filashkin. 

Governor Oleh Syniehubov reported three injuries in Russian strikes: an 84-year-old man in Hlushkivka and two women aged 50 and 65 in Kupiansk. 

Russian attacks killed four people and injured 10 others overnight. An additional casualty, a 46-year-old man, was reported during a morning attack on Nov. 18, Governor Oleksandr Prokudin stated. 

Four civilians, including three women aged 52, 55, and 61, and a 59-year-old man, sustained injuries during attacks on the Polohy district, Governor Ivan Fedorov confirmed. 

Russian forces also targeted Luhansk, Mykolaiv, Poltava, Cherkasy, Chernihiv, and Kyiv oblasts. Although these attacks resulted in no reported casualties, they added to the widespread destruction across the country. 

The strikes damaged multiple civilian infrastructure sites, including residential buildings, medical facilities, and transport hubs, compounding the humanitarian crisis in the affected areas.
