The presentation will take place at the Presidential Complex, where Yılmaz will officially announce the government’s financial plan for the upcoming year. Following his presentation, there will be a one-week break to allow members of the commission to prepare for detailed negotiations.

On October 30, discussions on the general budget will begin in the commission. After reviewing the overall proposal, the focus will shift to specific institutions, starting with the budget of the Grand National Assembly of Turkey. Subsequently, the 17 ministers of the presidential cabinet will present their respective budgets in succession.

The budget of the Presidency will be the last to be debated. Additionally, the commission will evaluate the previous year's Court of Accounts reports. The budget discussions are expected to span one month.

Once the commission concludes its work, the budget negotiations will move to the General Assembly in early December. During these discussions, the Assembly will work continuously for 12 days, suspending group meetings, and no guests will be allowed during the debates. (ILKHA)
