Jordanian Prime Minister Bisher al-Khasawneh resigns following parliamentary elections

The resignation is a constitutional step that facilitates the formation of a new government in alignment with the newly elected parliament. King Abdullah II now has the authority to appoint a new prime minister or reappoint Khasawneh to lead the next administration.
