Initially conceived as a mosque to meet the local needs, the project quickly garnered substantial support. Recognizing the heightened demand for a larger facility, the Hope Caravan team decided to expand the scope of the mosque.
The mosque, originally planned to be 100 square meters, will now be enlarged to 150 square meters due to the intense demand and the high population of Muslims in the area.
“The shares for the Martyr Ismail Haniyeh Mosque were fully allocated within three days. Given the increased need for a larger mosque in this predominantly Muslim region, we have decided to extend the project. We are now opening 30-40 additional shares for those who wish to contribute. We are optimistic that we will complete and inaugurate the mosque in the near future,” said Hope Caravan Secretary General Mehmet Nurullah Günaydın.
The project reflects a growing commitment to meeting the needs of the local Muslim community and continues to receive strong support from philanthropists and donors. (ILKHA)
