The tremor occurred at approximately 05:32 TSI, with an epicenter located at a latitude of 37.63694 degrees north and a longitude of 35.8925 degrees east, at a depth of 7.06 km, according to Türkiye’s Disaster and Emergency Management Presidency (AFAD).
The earthquake was felt in several nearby provinces, including Gaziantep, Kilis, Niğde, Kahramanmaraş, and Kayseri. Despite the widespread tremors, there were no immediate reports of casualties or significant damage.
