In a condolence message posted on his social media account, Yapıcıoğlu quoted a verse from the Quran: “O you who believe! Ask for help with patience and prayer. Surely Allah is with the patient. Do not say 'dead' for those killed in the way of Allah. No, they are alive, but you do not know.” He congratulated Haniyeh's martyrdom and asserted that the destruction of Zionism is only a matter of time.
“Innâ lillâhi wa innâ ilayhi raciun. 'There are such men among the believers who kept their promise to Allah. Some of them have fulfilled their pledge (by being martyred in the way of Allah) and some of them are waiting (to be martyred). They have never changed their pledge.' (Surah Al-Ahzab: 23),” Yapıcıoğlu wrote. He condemned the “dastardly terrorist attack by the Zionist terrorist regime” that resulted in Haniyeh's death, along with his bodyguard, in Tehran. He prayed for Allah to bless their martyrdom and elevate their stations.
Yapıcıoğlu criticized the Zionist regime, stating that it threatens not only Palestine but all Islamic countries and humanity, and is the biggest obstacle to peace. He called for unity among Muslims in the face of the regime's actions.
“No matter what it does, the Zionist regime will not be able to escape destruction and the dastardly attacks it carries out will not stop the Palestinian Resistance. I salute the valiant sons of the Resistance who stand unshaken like a mountain in the face of the Zionist regime's attacks,” Yapıcıoğlu added. He reaffirmed his support for the Palestinian people and wished Allah's mercy on Ismail Haniyeh and all other martyrs, offering patience to the Palestinian people. (ILKHA)
