Turkish Coast Guard rescues 20 migrants off Aegean coast

The Turkish Coast Guard has successfully rescued 20 irregular migrants stranded in a rubber boat off the coast of the Foça district in Izmir.

The migrants were attempting to cross to the Greek islands when they encountered difficulties.

Following the rescue operation, the migrants were safely transferred to the Provincial Directorate of Migration Management for further processing.
