Hebrew media outlets reported a heavy missile convoy launch in response, with explosions heard as far as Tiberias. Hezbollah expanded its attacks to target settlements in central Galilee, causing a settler in Kfar Zeitim to be seriously injured.
Hezbollah stated that these operations were carried out in solidarity with the Palestinian people in the besieged Gaza Strip. Since early October 2023, Hezbollah has been conducting regular attacks against Israeli military positions in retaliation for the Israeli regime’s offensives in Gaza and southern Lebanon.
