The operation involved a complex maneuver where Al-Qassam fighters lured an Israeli force into one of the tunnels in Jabalia camp, leading to close-range clashes resulting in casualties among the Israeli troops.

Abu Obeida, the spokesman for Al-Qassam Brigades, stated in a recorded message broadcast by Al Jazeera satellite channel that the Israeli occupation forces are now searching for the remains of their soldiers. These soldiers had been previously targeted intentionally by Israeli airstrikes. Abu Obeida also accused the Israeli government of sacrificing its soldiers for political purposes, referring to Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu's alleged machinations and the interests of his extremist government.

A video clip released by Al-Qassam Brigades showed an individual being dragged through a tunnel, purportedly an Israeli soldier. However, the authenticity of this footage has not been confirmed.

The video also revealed weapons and equipment seemingly belonging to three Israeli soldiers. In response, the Israeli occupation army has denied any incident involving the capture of its soldiers by Al-Qassam fighters. (ILKHA)
