The demonstration took place in front of the Agri Central Mosque and witnessed a massive turnout from the public.

Şaban Gökhan, the HÜDA PAR Provincial Chairman, delivered an opening speech.

Muhammet Arif Yılmaz, the provincial head of the Hope Caravan Foundation, then delivered a statement at the event. The statement called attention to the plight of Palestinians and urged stronger international action against Israeli genocidal war against Gaza.

Yılmaz drew attention to the ongoing conflict in Gaza and the global conscience's response to it. He criticized the continuous and intentional targeting of innocent Palestinians by the Israeli occupation forces. He called for the prosecution of these crimes in international courts and urged Türkiye to take similar steps. He also emphasized the need for collective action to strengthen humanity's response to such atrocities.

Yılmaz welcomed Türkiye's decision to suspend trade with Israel but stressed the need for transparency in its implementation. He urged authorities to provide real-time, satisfactory explanations to the public regarding any doubts about the indirect continuation of trade and information that comes to public attention.

Despite Hamas accepting the ceasefire, Yılmaz pointed out that the Israeli forces have chosen the path of annihilating a people in front of the whole world. He drew parallels between the strategies and goals of Hitler and the Israeli regime. He warned not only Gaza but also the United States, Europe, and anyone who supports Israel of the imminent threat posed by the "Zionist monster". He called for immediate humanitarian aid for the oppressed people in Gaza who are trapped in Rafah.

Yılmaz concluded the press statement by expressing appreciation for the peaceful protests, marches, and sit-ins of university students in Türkiye and around the world. He reaffirmed the commitment of the Prophet Lovers and HÜDA PAR to stand by the Al-Aqsa Mosque and their Muslim brothers and sisters. He pledged support for every action leading to the freedom of Palestine and Al-Aqsa and readiness to take every responsibility to make this happen.
